We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with stiffener pads to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened records?
To maintain the quality of our collection, we only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed records within 30 days. If your record has a manufacturing defect or significant warping, please contact our support team for a replacement.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
Do you ship internationally?
